The Returning Threshold Workshop

Join us on Tuesday, November 17, 2026 from 5:30-8:30 pm CT to mark the threshold of autumn into winter. Before the dark fully settles and the year turns inward, it is time to sit with what has been lost and what still remains.

Samhain, the Celtic festival marking the thinning of the veil between the living and the dead, falls at the end of October, close alongside All Saints. By November 17, that threshold has passed, but what it opened often hasn't closed. This three-hour evening lives in that in-between: the veil settling again, but grief still asking to be met.

We'll spend the evening in seasonal wisdom, enneagram insight, and creative practice, moving through the reflective depth of Enneagram Type 4, the type most fluent in loss and meaning-making, and also the type most likely to build an identity out of what's missing. This time of year isn't about staying inside the ache. It's returning to it without letting it become the whole story.

You don't need to know your type, and you don't need to know anyone else in the room. We're not teaching you the Enneagram, we're giving you a meaningful experience to move through, alongside others doing the same. Come as you are, participate at whatever level feels right, nothing is required to be shared aloud.

This is one evening, no ongoing commitment. This workshop is for every Enneagram Type, helping us all learn from 4s. (This is the second of three Threshold Workshops this year, each one opening a different season with a different lesson from the Enneagram's Idealist Triad.)

What’s Included

  • Seasonal grounding in the Samhain and All Saints traditions, and what it means to honor loss.

  • Space to sit with the depth, longing, and returning of Type 4, no Enneagram background required.

  • A guided creative practice to hold what autumn has revealed to us, no artistic skill needed.

  • A threshold crossing into winter, with practices to carry into the dark half of the year.

  • Like all our offerings, you will leave with a companion guide that will help you continue the journey at home.

Cost

  • $35 per person

  • Do I need a zoom link? Yes. One will be sent to you in the week before the event.

  • Will I need anything? Yes. This is an interactive and hands-on evening. We will share a short and simple supply list the week before the event.
